The Colorado Rockies open up a three-game series with the Los Angeles Dodgers at Coors Field, the middle series of a nine-game homestand. The Rockies dropped two of three to the New York Mets over the weekend and fell to 10-11 overall.

The Rockies turn to Juan Nicasio (1-0, 4.76 ERA), who pitched brilliantly against the Pittsburgh Pirates but took a no-decision in the team's eventual 2-1 victory. He allowed just one run (on a solo home run) in 6.2 innings while striking out five. It was his second start of the season in which he allowed one run in six-plus innings.

The Dodgers will have Aaron Harang (1-1, 5.16 ERA) make his third road start of the season. Both decisions for him have come on the road, but the loss came back on April 8, his first start of the season. He picked up one of those so-called quality starts on the road when he surrendered three runs over six innings in a 4-3 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers. His last start also went six innings long and saw three runs allowed in a no-decision, though the Dodgers lost to the Atlanta Braves, 4-3.

Game time/date: 6:40 p.m. MT, Monday, April 30, 2012

Location: Coors Field, Denver, CO
