Rockies Vs. Diamondbacks Score Update: Rockies Down 6-4 After Hernandez Double

The Colorado Rockies and Arizona Diamondbacks are throwing haymakers at each other early on Friday night, with the latest punch being landed by Colorado catcher Ramon Hernandez. The hitting in the bottom of the third got started for the Rockies by Troy Tulowitzki, who laced a double to left field. That was followed by a Michael Cuddyer walk, and both were brought home when Hernandez crushed a double to deep right field.

The hit brought the Rockies to within two runs of Arizona at 6-4. The two-run counter from Colorado came on the heels of a four run top of the third by the Diamondbacks, which knocked out Rockies starter Juan Nicasio. Nicasio was replaced by Esmil Rogers.
