The Giants offense, meanwhile, has collected eight hits and four runs (two unearned) against Rockies starter Jamie Moyer, who left the game after 5-2/3 innings of work. Moyer struck out three and walked one.
San Francisco scored one run in the third, one in the fourth and added two more in the top of the sixth, which proved the end of Moyer's afternoon.
