Colorado Native Kevin Gausman No. 7 In Baseball America's 2012 Top 50 Draft Prospects

The Grandview High School product had a solid debut for the Tigers, going 5-6 with a 3.51 ERA in 14 starts. He struck out 86 in 90 innings and held opposing batters to a .215 average.

In Baseball America's early Top 10 mock draft for 2012, Gausman goes No. 7 overall to the Cubs, but it's only September. Much can change. Wouldn't Gausman look nice in purple and black? The Rockies currently stand outside the top 10 picks.
