In the bottom of the eighth inning, Colorado Rockies outfielder Carlos Gonzalez struck out swinging, but Cleveland Indians catcher Lou Marson wasn't able to hold onto the ball. Eventually Marson picked the ball up and threw Gonzalez out, but look at what the Rockies outfielder did as he ran to first base:

Yep, he wanted to save the bat boy from coming out and grabbing the bat, so he kept it in hand, put his head down and waited for the throw to go to first base.
