Diamondbacks Vs. Rockies: Rain Delay Until 1:30 P.M. MT

Rain has caused the first game of today's doubleheader to be pushed back by 20 minutes to 1:30 p.m. MT. The Rockies will have Jorge De La Rosa on the mound, as originally reported. However, the Diamondbacks are switching their starters. Josh Collmenter starts the first game while Joe Saunders takes the second game.

Josh Collmenter will make his third start of the season, having pitch in seven games as a reliever before making his first two starts of the season. He joined the team in the middle of April and has one quite well so far. The two earned runs he allowed came in a three-inning relief appearance against the Mets on April 24. He threw two scoreless innings against the Rockies on May 4. In his two starts, he has pitched a total of 12 innings and allowed just four hits. Though he has struck out just four in his starts, Collmenter has not issued a walk yet. One thing to keep an eye on is how he gets his out. Not a strikeout guy, Collmenter has picked up 24 fly ball outs and 12 ground ball outs in two starts. He'll need to flip his numbers while at Coors.
