Hi Corbett Field Will Host Arizona Wildcats Home Games In 2012

When the Colorado Rockies moved its spring training facilities from Hi Corbett Field to Salt River Fields at Talking Stick in February 2011, the last vestiges of major league baseball left Tucson, Az. But after a one-year absence from baseball, Hi Corbett Field is back hosting baseball: the Arizona Wildcats will use the stadium to play its home games. Thirty-five of the team's 55 games will be played there.

While it's great the Rockies are using new, state-of-the-art facilities, it's also even better to see their former long-time home in Tucson put to good use.
