Rapids Vs. Toronto Final Score: Andrew Wiedeman's Goal In The 67th Minute Lifts Toronto

The Colorado Rapids continued their July swoon by falling to Toronto FC 2-1 on Wednesday night. It's the fourth straight loss for the Rapids, with all of them coming this month. Another losing streak that continues is the one the Rapids have at BMO Field, where the team has never won. Colorado falls to 7-12-1 with the loss, while Toronto FC moves to 5-11-4.

Colorado got on the board first in the 24th minute when Hunter Freeman put a cross into the box that Conor Casey headed home. Toronto tied the game in the 51st minute when Ryan Johnson buried an assist from teammate Luis Silva. A goal by Andrew Wiedeman in the 67th minute would put Toronto ahead for good.
