The Colorado Rapids' all-time leader in games played, started, and minutes is headed to the disabled list. The Rapids placed midfielder Pablo Mastroeni on the DL on Monday, which means the veteran can't return before missing six games. Mastroeni, a 35-year old native of Argentina, has appeared in just two games this season and has not tallied a goal or an assist.
In another move, the Rapids also waived midfielder Harrison Henao. Henao, a 25-year old from Colombia, had appeared in just one game this season and didn't have a goal or an assist.
The Rapids next home match is against English Premier League team Swansea City on July 24.
