The Colorado Buffaloes' dismal season continues as they trail the Stanford Cardinal, 35-0, at halftime of their Pac-12 contest in Boulder.
The 14th-ranked Cardinal scored once in the first quarter but added four more touchdowns in the second to blow the game open, leaving no doubt that this will not be an opening for one of the biggest upsets of the season.
The Cardinal have produced a balanced offense with quarterback Kevin Hogan throwing for one touchdown to Zach Ertz while Stepfan Taylor (2) and Remound Wright each have rushed for touchdowns.
Meanwhile, the Buffaloes have only managed 20 total yards of offense, including a paltry -3 yards rushing on 14 attempts. A bulk of that comes from quarterback Jordan Webb running for his life on four carries and -12 yards.
The Cardinal enter the game 6-2 overall, 4-1 in the Pac-12 and the Buffaloes are 1-7, 1-4 in the Pac-12.
