The Colorado Buffaloes have manged just 71 yards of total offense and five first downs, but a strong defensive effort has them trailing the visiting Washington Huskies just 7-0 heading into halftime of a Pac-12 Conference college football game at Folsom Field.

The Buffaloes (1-9, 1-6 Pac 12) went three-and-out on their first three offensive possessions and managed four plays per drive after that, while the Huskies (6-4, 4-3) haven't been much better totaling 190 yards and converting 10 first downs.

Most of Washington's yardage came on its lone scoring drive, which ended with quarterback Keith Price completing a 3-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Travis Coons, who helped cap a 10-play, 65-yard drive with 1:02 to go in the first half.

Sophomore quarterback Connor Wood made his first collegiate start, but was pulled for junior Jordan Webb after throwing two interceptions. Webb, however, hasn't been much better for Colorado.

Combined, each team is 0-for-11 in third-down situations.
