Arizona State vs. Colorado score update: Buffaloes trail 6-0 after first quarter

After one quarter of play, the Colorado Buffaloes are trailing the Arizona St. Sun Devils 6-0. The one touchdown so far came on a 37-yard touchdown pass from Taylor Kelly to Marion Grice, the following extra-point was blocked.

That Arizona State drive began on their own 9-yard line, and they were able to easily get past the Buffaloes defense by rushing the ball which set up that long touchdown pass.

The Colorado defense was able to hold the Arizona State offense to punt after three plays on the Sun Devils opening drive. The Buffaloes was able to move the ball on their following drive, but it stalled at the Sun Devils 47 yard line. Colorado's second drive of the quarter went no where as they only managed to move the ball 13 yards before having to punt.

Quarterback Jordan Webb has been the one bright spot early on for Colorado as he has completed 4-of-9 passes for 32 yards, while the running game has only amassed 12 yards after one quarter.
