The college basketball season is now five weeks away, and SB Nation college basketball editor Mike Rutherford released his list of the top 100 college basketball players entering the 2012-13 season. Colorado Buffaloes forward Andre Roberson was listed at No. 32
Here is what Rutherford says about Roberson:
Roberson showed proved he was one of the nation's most underrated players when he led the Buffs to the 2012 Pac-12 tournament title. National hype avoids him because he's not an explosive scorer, and that's a shame because he's as well-rounded a player as there is in college basketball.
Roberson is Colorado's leading returning scorer, and he averaged 11.6 points, but he also pulled down 11.1 rebounds per game. A defensive presence, he averaged 1.9 blocks and 1.3 steals per game. Roberson also earned a spot on the 2011-12 first-team All-Pac-12 teams, as well as being named to the league's all-defensive team.
