Seeking another solid season like their 2011-2012 campaign, the Colorado Buffaloes basketball team will start their 2012-2013 season on Friday against the Wofford Terriers at the Coors Events Center in Boulder, Colo.
Colorado did not bring back most of the team that went 24-12 last season, losing Austin Dufault, Nate Tomlinson and Carlon Brown, who led the Buffaloes in scoring. They did bring in a few new faces who should mitigate the losses a bit, including Josh Scott and Xavier Johnson. They also have a fantastic player in junior forward Andre Roberson, who the Buffaloes hopes this season will likely ride on.
Wofford had a decent 2011-2012 season, going 19-14 with a 12-6 record in conference play. With Friday's game being in Boulder, Colorado should have the advantage though; the Terriers only won a mere seven games away from home last season.
The game will be at the at the Coors Events Center at 5 p.m. MT.
