College Football Schedule 2012: Buffaloes Seek First Win As Pac-12 Play Begins

NCAA Football action around the Rocky Mountain region over the weekend includes Colorado seeking its first win of the season.

Presswire

Plenty of teams from the Rocky Mountain region will be in action over the weekend as conference play begins for most schools in College Football. Action will kick off on Thursday as Boise State takes on BYU in a game between two teams seeking statement wins early after slow starts to the season. Many eyes will be on the Colorado Buffaloes, who are coming off one of the worst losses in a long time to Fresno State and are still looking for their first win as they head to Washington to play as the homecoming opponent for the Huskies.

Elsewhere, Colorado State and Air Force will both be looking for their second wins of the season away from home.

Here are the big games that will be going on in the region in the weekend's action:

BYU Cougars vs. Boise State Broncos (Sept. 20, 7 p.m.)

Colorado Buffaloes vs. Washington State Huskies (Sept. 22, 2 p.m. MT)

Colorado State Rams vs. Utah State Aggies (Sept. 22, 5 p.m. MT)

Air Force Falcons vs. UNLV Rebels (Sept. 22, 8 p.m. MT)
