Colorado Football Recruiting 2013: Buffaloes Land California Linebacker

The Colorado Buffaloes picked up another 2013 verbal commitment on Tuesday when they received a pledge from California high school linebacker George Frazier. Frazier is six-foot-two, 230 pounds and currently plays for Monrovia High in Monrovia, Calif. Per Ralphie Report, Frazier reportedly held an offer from Washington State, as well as offers from Fresno State and San Jose State, but he jumped on an offer from the Buffaloes instead.

Frazier is rated as a three-star prospect by ESPN, Scout and 24/7, although those sites are split on which position he'd play in college. 24/7 sees him as an outside linebacker (where he plays in high school), but Scout sees him as an inside linebacker (where he may play in college if he continues to grow). ESPN, meanwhile, is just calling him an athlete.

Frazier is Colorado's 11th commitment for the 2013 class, and the sixth in the past week.
