2013 Colorado Football Recruiting: Buffaloes Land 3 More Recruits

The Colorado Buffaloes added to their 2013 recruiting class over the weekend, as head coach Jon Embree received oral commitments from three high school prospects. Of those three commitments, two are wide receivers and one is an offensive lineman, and though none of the three have been recognized by the national recruiting services, Colorado's interest in them will likely get those analysts to take a closer look.

Here is some information on the three recruits, courtesy Ralphie Report:

  • Bryce Bobo, WR, Covina, Calif.: Bobo's only ranking is from Scout.com, who rate him as a two-star prospect and the No. 161 overall receiver in the country. He checks in at 6 feet 3 and 175 pounds and had an offer from Idaho as well as interest from schools like Utah and Wisconsin.
  • Elijah Dunston, WR, West Hills, Calif.: Dunston is unrated by all the major recruiting services, and though at a reported 6 feet 1 and 180 pounds, he doesn't have great size, he did compete in track in high school. He caught 50 passes for 641 yards and 11 touchdowns in his junior season.
  • John Lisella, OT, Littleton, Colo.: Lisella grew up in Boston but now plays both sides of the line for Columbine High School. At 6 feet 4 and 245 pounds, he's likely better suited for offensive guard in college. He held offers from Air Force, New Mexico State and Northern Colorado.
