The Colorado Buffaloes (No. 6 seed) square off against the Utah Utes (No. 11 seed) on Wednesday evening in the first round of the Pac-12 Conference Championship.
The Buffaloes will be looking to shake off their rough finish to the 2011-12 NCAA regular season, where they lost 3 of their last 4 games and finished the year with a 17-11 mark. The Utes come into the game looking for their third win since the calendar turned to 2012, having finished the season at 5-24.
Carlon Brown (12.2 PPG) and Andre Roberson (11.2 PPG, 11.2 RPB) will look to lead the Buffs to an easy win as the Utes' most dominant player, point guard Josh Watkins (15.6 PPG, 4.8 AST), was kicked off the team for a violation of team policies, leaving only one player -- Jason Washburn -- over 10 points per game.
