Which teams will make it to the Round of 64 (also known as the second round, because, well, more teams, more money and whatnot)?

Western Kentucky Hilltoppers vs. Miss Valley St Delta Devils - The Hilltoppers are the only team in the Field of 68 that has a losing record -- winning the Sun Belt Tournament to gain the conference's automatic bid. The team recovered from firing its coach after a 5-11 start, but all good things must come to an end. It's just going to happen sooner rather than later. Miss. Valley State wins to be the sacrificial lamb as the No. 16 seed against the No. 1 Kentucky Wildcats.
Iona Gaels vs. BYU Cougars - The Gaels enter this game with an NCAA best 83.3 points per game, but playing in the MAAC let them do that. The Cougars, meanwhile, moved to the West Coast Conference for basketball and other sports after leaving the Mountain West for football independence. BYU
