Pac-12 Standings 2012: Colorado Sits 2.5 Games Out Of First Place

With just three games left on the schedule, the Colorado Buffaloes are currently 2.5 games out of first place in the Pac-12 conference standings. With a 10-5 record against Pac-12 opponents, Colorado is tied for fourth-place in the standings right now with Oregon.

Currently, California and Washington are tied for first place in the Pac-12 standings with identical 13-3 records, while Arizona is in third place with a 12-5 record. The Buffaloes' upcoming game is against the Golden Bears, so that'll be key regarding their chances to get a better seed for the Pac-12 conference tournament.

When Colorado played California on Jan. 12, the Golden Bears came away with a 57-50 win. The Buffaloes have also really struggled against Stanford this season, most recently losing 74-50 against the Cardinal on Feb. 23. After playing California, Colorado has consecutive road games against Oregon and Oregon State to end the year.
