The 2012 NFL Combine officially kicked off on Wednesday, as kickers, punters, offensive linemen and tight ends all made their way to Indianapolis. On Thursday, quarterbacks, wide receivers and running backs joined in on the fun. There are some big names from college football like Robert Griffin III, Andrew Luck, Justin Blackmon, Trent Richardson, and Michael Floyd who are the stars of the group, but Boise State running back Doug Martin is primed to make a big move up the draft board. Matt Bowen of the National Football Post thinks Martin can really improve his position with a good week in Indianapolis:
Doug Martin, RB, Boise State: The RB was explosive through the hole and displayed good vision in practice. What does a solid workout do for Martin? I think it puts him in a position (with Miami's Lamar Miller and Virginia Tech's David Wilson) as the second RB to come off the board after Alabama's Trent Richardson.
