2012 NFL Combine: Colorado's Ryan Miller Ready For Day 1

Ryan Miller is the only Colorado Buffaloes player at the 2012 NFL Combine -- the only prospect from any of the local Colorado schools for that matter -- but on Tuesday he informed us that he got into Indianapolis a day early.

Players who arrive on each of the first three days of the Combine are allowed to come in a day early to schedule their medical exams (but only schedule them). On Wednesday, Miller won't be doing much more than registering, having X-rays taken, going through orientation and interviewing with several teams.

While he played mostly guard during his Colorado career, Miller is viewed as a right tackle by NFL evaluators, according to Jeff Legwold of the Denver Post. Former teammate RT Nate Solder was drafted 17th overall by the Patriots in 2011, but Miller is looking like a Day 3 draft prospect right now. His size (6 feet 7, 326 pounds before the Combine weigh-in) is similar to Solder's, which should ease concerns about that.

Miller will be at the Combine through Saturday, Feb. 25.
