Colorado Vs. Washington St. Score Update: Buffs Lead 32-24 At Half

With an opportunity to be at the top of the Pac-12 standings through the first two weeks of the conference season with a win, Colorado delivered an impressive opening half performance and leads Washington St., 32-24.

Senior forward Austin Dufault was the primary offensive weapon for the Buffs in the opening half, netting 12 points on 5/5 shooting and pulling down two boards. Carlon Brown proved to be the only other offensive threat for Colorado, as he scored 10 points on 4/11 shooting and grabbed a team-high five rebounds.The Buffs were impressive on the defensive end of the court, holding Washington St. to just 38.1% shooting as a team.

The Cougars were led by the steady Brock Motum, who scored a team-high seven points on 2/7 shooting. Faisal Aden came off the bench to score four points. Washington St. didn't take care of the ball in the opening half, committing nine turnovers in just 20 minutes of action.
