Colorado Football Schedule 2013: Buffaloes Add Central Arkansas To Pre-Pac-12 Play

The Colorado Buffaloes have added the Central Arkansas Bears to its schedule in 2012, according to Buff Zone. The Bears are a Football Championship Subdivision team, meaning they play on a level that involves a playoff bracket to determine its national title. The Bears defeated Tennessee Tech in the opening round of the 2011 FCS Playoffs before losing to Montana in the second round.

The Buffs will play the Sacramento St. Hornets in 2012 as one of its three preseason games before the Pac-12 schedule starts. The Hornets defeated the Oregon St. Beavers, 29-28, in overtime during the 2011 season.

Jon Embree ended the 2011 season right with a victory over the Utah Utes, but he'll need to start off 2012 with the Colorado St. Rams, Sacramento State and the Fresno St. Bulldogs. Embree already has experience beating the Rams, but he'll need to keep his team alert against Sacramento State and Fresno State.
