Football signing day for the 2012 class just passed the halfway point and the early signing period for basketball is three months away. The verbal commits will slow down once the high school football season begins.
So far Colorado has two basketball commits in Wesley Gordon and Josh Scott, both who committed to be Buffaloes back on March 6.
As for football, Colorado has 13 verbal commits so far, and currently according to Scout they have the eighth ranked Pac-12 class and the 10th rated Pac-12 class by Rivals. From the first 13 recruits the majority of the Buffalo recruits have come from Texas and California while only two hailing from Colorado.
