NCAA Tournament Bubble Watch: Buffaloes In, Colorado State Out

As we saw in yesterday's SB Nation release of the latest NCAA Tournament Bracketology, the Colorado Buffaloes are in the latest projections while the Colorado St. Rams are out. Chris Dobbertean takes a look at the bubble teams today.

Dobbertean finds that the Buffs' five wins over Top 50 teams in RPI, but that losses to Oklahoma and San Francisco will hurt. Tonight's game against the Iowa St. Cyclones could be a trap game, given State's victory over Nebraska last week.

The Colorado St. Rams, though, are out right now because they have struggled against Mountain West teams that will make the tournament--and a three-game losing streak doesn't help. They play Utah tonight and San Diego St. on Saturday. Dobbertean probably hits it on the head: the Rams need to make a run in the conference tournament to make it in.

March Madness is already heating up, but will it end early for either of these teams?
