NCAA Bracketology: Colorado Moves Into The Main Bracket While Colorado State Is Heading To The NIT

The Colorado Buffaloes defeated the Kansas St. Wildcats for the third time this season and it is safe to assume that the Buffs are going to make the NCAA tournament. The latest bracketology report from SB Nation moves Colorado into the main bracket and up to an 11 seed in the East region where they will be taking on the Vanderbilt Commodores. Colorado's next game is against the Kansas Jayhawks in today's first Big 12 semifinal matchup, which tips at 7:00 p.m. and can be seen on ESPN3.

The Colorado St. Rams are out of the running for an NCAA tournament after they lost to the New Mexico Lobos, 67-62. The Rams will now head into the NIT where they are projected to be a No. 2 seed and play against Drexel. The fate of the Rams will be announced with the NIT Selection Show which will air Sunday night at 7:00 p.m. MT on ESPNU.

The Northern Colorado Bears are still slated to play the San Diego St. Aztecs as a No. 15 seed.
