On Monday, top Hawai'i defensive end recruit Juda Parker was considering making the Colorado Buffaloes his choice and would make his decision on signing day. However, late Monday night he allowed Rivals to add his name to Colorado's 2011 class. Getting Parker to commit is a big deal for Colorado who currently has the 11th rated class in the Pac-12. By landing Parker Colorado should be the lead candidate for the top prospect in Hawai'i in offensive lineman Paulay Asiata.
Asiata also attended the same St. Louis high school as Parker. Asiata recently backed off of his verbal commit to Washington and is now adding Colorado to the list, but Asiata will not make his announcement until signing day where a group of other Hawai'i football players are announcing their decision at a large event in Honolulu. As for Parker, having his named added to the 2011 Buff commitment on Rivals is the closest thing outside of him signing in and faxing his letter of intent to the coach standing by in Boulder, Colo.
