Both the Arizona Wildcats (2-7, 1-6) and the Colorado Buffaloes (1-9, 0-6) enter Satuday's match up looking to turn their seasons toward a path that might end in a positive note. For Colorado, that likely means not going winless in their inaugural season in the Pac-12, and with UCLA and Utah to finish out the season, the Wildcats seemingly provide their best opportunity to pick up a conference win. For Arizona, this season has been a massive disappointment, and they'll be playing for pride as they head into the 2011 off-season looking for a new head coach.
According to oddsshark.com, the Wildcats are an 11 1/2 point favorite over the Buffaloes as they travel to Boulder in search of their second conference victory of the season. Despite their 1-9 record, the Buffaloes have been 2-3 against the spread at home, which is a slightly better record than Arizona's 1-3 tally against the spread on the road.
