As Boise State continues to chug along towards a BCS game, and with Oklahoma on a path to a one or two loss season, it's becoming increasingly possible that the two teams could stage a sequel to their classic 2007 Fiesta Bowl. The Broncos would obviously prefer a shot in the BCS championship game, but with three teams in between them and No. 1 LSU, a lot of breaks would have to go their way. But barring an unforeseen loss, the Broncos will land somewhere in the BCS, and they have a strong history with the Fiesta Bowl, and a rematch between the Broncos and the Sooners would likely be the second most anticipated game of the bowl season.
The most recent projection of a Boise State and Oklahoma Fiesta Bowl comes from SI.com's Stewart Mandel, who is projecting an LSU vs. Boise State national title game.
