Senior guard Nate Tomlinson went off for 16 points for Colorado in the first half to help the Buffaloes get out to a 37-36 lead at halftime against Air Force. Tomlinson, an Australia native, drained 3-of-4 three-point attempts and also added six assists. Carlon Brown helped supplement the Colorado offense by scoring nine points on 4-of-7 shooting. Askia Booker came off the bench to add eight points for the Buffaloes.
Standout wing Michael Lyons continues to be on a roll for Air Force. Lyons scored 16 points in the first half - which included 2-of-4 shooting from three-point range - and also added two steals. Taylor Stewart contributed seven points and three rebounds in the first half for the Falcons.
