Colorado Vs. UCLA Score Update: Buffs Trail 21-6 At Halftime

After a listless performance in the opening quarter, the Colorado Buffaloes showed some signs of life in the second quarter against UCLA and have closed the deficit to 21-6.

The lone score of the second quarter came on a 20-yard TD pass from Tyler Hansen to Toney Clemons. After struggling at the beginning of the game, Hansen has found his rhythm, completing 10/15 for 98 yards and a TD in the opening half. While Hansen and Clemons have combined for much of the CU offense, Rodney Stewart has been held in check, rushing for only 18 yards.

UCLA received a strong performance from QB Kevin Prince in the opening half, as he threw for 148 yards and 2 TD's. Nelson Rosario has been the main receiving option for Prince, with Rosario making three catches for 58 yards. Johnathan Franklin has been productive on the ground, rushing for 72 yards and a TD.
