The Arizona Wildcats offense liked to air the ball out. Senior signal caller Nick Foles averages almost 46 pass attempts per game and completes about 32 of them. For the season he has 3,260 yards for 22 touchdowns on 284-of-413 passing (68.8 completion rate). This could spell a tough day for the Colorado Buffaloes if Arizona sticks with that game plan. The winds at Folsom Field have reached 35 mph, according to Kyle Ringo.
Foles would surely like to make multiple connections with Juron Criner, his leading receiver with 50 catches for 607 yards and eight touchdown passes. However, the wind could help a weakened secondary, though it does return Parker Orms to the starting lineup (he was suspended earlier in the season and reinstated last week).
If Arizona decided to not throw as much, look for Keola Antolin and Kadeem Carey to attempt to hustle their ways through the Buffs' defensive line.
