The Colorado Buffaloes are now on a four-game losing streak following their 70-66 loss to the Baylor Bears on Saturday afternoon. Despite a 35-21 lead at halftime, the Buffs were unable to hold the lead in the second half. Baylor's LaceDarius Dunn scored 26 points, pulled down seven rebounds and distributed the ball six times. He made all 11 of his shots from the free throw line (eight coming in the final 90 seconds when CU continually fouled him to slow the clock). Perry Jones added 14 points and six rebounds.
Colorado's Alec Burks scored 20 points, grabbed six rebounds and stole the ball three times. Cory Higgins added 16 points and five rebounds. Off the bench, Andre Roberson put up nine points and 11 rebounds (a team-high).
Colorado's schedule has the Buffaloes (14-8, 3-4 Big 12) host the Iowa State Cyclones on Tuesday, Feb. 1. The Cyclones are 1-5 in conference, with the win coming against Baylor. They play the Oklahoma Sooners tonight.
