College Football Picks, Week 11: Buffaloes, Falcons, Rams Ready For The Gridiron

We're starting down the final stretch of college games and we already know the Air Force Falcons are bowl eligible. The Colorado State Rams are already out of contention, which leaves the Colorado Buffaloes as the only team still waiting to find out its postseason fate. But the Buffaloes would need to win against the Iowa State Cyclones, the Kansas State Wildcats and the Nebraska Cornhuskers. That's a tall order, but this weekend' game is likely the Buffs' best chance at picking up a win.

Colorado Buffaloes Vs. Iowa State Cyclones
Prediction:
Buffaloes 24, Cyclones 20

Can the Buffaloes finally win a conference game? This is looking like a good week to do so with Iowa State hosting the Buffs. The Cyclones have a defense ranked in 90s and the Buffaloes will want to start Brian Cabral's coaching tenure off on the right foot. No letdowns this week.

BYU Cougars Vs. Colorado State Rams
Prediction
: Rams 27, Cougars 24

This game features two of the top quarterbacks in the league with Pete Thomas of the Rams and Jake Heaps of BYU. But can Heaps take advantage of the Rams' lackluster defense? The BYU offense can run the ball, but the passing game is not quite up to par. Meanwhile, Peter Thomas leads a Rams offense that does average over 220 yards a game. Still, this is going to be a close contest.

New Mexico Lobos Vs. Air Force Falcons
Prediction
: Falcons 35, Lobos 13

The Air Force Falcons have the third-best rushing attack in the nation with 309.9 yards per game. The 1-8 Lobos allow 230.9 per game. Air Force will pick up its seventh win, no doubt.
