Flames Vs. Avalanche: Colorado Surrenders Three Goals In Final Period, Loses 4-2

Denver, CO (Sports Network) – David Moss scored the game-winner late in the third period and also dished out an assist, as the Calgary Flames rallied past the Colorado Avalanche, 4-2, at the Pepsi Center.

Curtis Glencross scored two goals for the Flames, who snapped a four-game skid. Mikael Backlund also lit the lamp.

Miikka Kiprusoff made 29 saves.

Brandon Yip and Chris Stewart scored for the Avalanche, who went 2-2-0 on their homestand. Peter Budaj turned aside 21-of-24 shots.
