Browns vs. Broncos score update: Peyton Manning putting up big numbers as Denver leads 21-6

Peyton Manning has punished the Browns' secondary, throwing for 339 yards and three touchdowns to carry the Broncos to a 21-6 lead after three quarters of play.

After jumping out to a 14-3 lead at the half, Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos added a third touchdown to take a 21-6 lead over the Cleveland Browns the end of three quarters of play.

Cleveland managed to shrink the Broncos lead to eight points on a 53-yard field goal by Phil Dawson, his second of the game.

Manning and the Broncos answered back with 4:39 to play in the third quarter on his second touchdown connection with Eric Decker on the day, an eight-yard pass to put the Broncos up by fifteen points. Manning has been impressive on the afternoon, throwing for 339 yards and three touchdowns. The lone blemish on the 15-year veteran's outing thus far was an interception at the end of the first half.

Decker has six catches for 65 yards and two touchdowns, while Demaryius Thomas has hauled in nine passes for 102 yards and a touchdown.

The Broncos can force a tie atop the AFC playoff race with a win, thanks to the Minnesota Vikings upending the Houston Texans 23-6 in an early game on Sunday.
