After 15 minutes at Paul Brown Stadium, the Denver Broncos lead the Cincinnati Bengals, 3-0.
The Broncos marched down the field, moving 55 yards to set up a Matt Prater 43-yard field goal on their first possession. Prater smoothly put it through for the early 3-0 Denver lead. Peyton Manning, one of the hottest quarterbacks in the game, was five of six on the drive for 43 yards. Manning methodically hit his targets on the opening drive, with a short pass over the middle to Eric Decker picking up 21 yards. The play moved Denver deep into Cincinnati territory to set up the early Prater field goal.
On the other side of the ball, Cincinnati went three-and-out on its first possession of the game, and the Bronco defense did not let them cross midfield on their second drive. Benjarvus Green-Ellis has been unable to get anything going on the ground, as Denver has easily bottled up the back to get the ball to Manning.
