Following a timely win over Colorado State, the Boise State Broncos moved to No. 25 overall in the latest SB Nation Top 25 BlogPoll after 12 weeks of play.
The 9-2 Broncos will prepare for their regular-season finale against the Nevada Wolfpack on Saturday Dec. 1, and climbed up four spots after taking down the Rams by four touchdowns. Since dropping a pivotal Nov. 3 game to San Diego State, the Broncos have outscored their last two opponents by a total of 63 points to move back into favor with voters.
Picking up 63 of the poll's 71 first-place votes, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish ascended to the No. 1 spot for the first time all season in Week 12. The Irish benefited from a number of key losses from top 10 schools and are now the only undefeated team in college football with a chance to play for the BCS title.
