The latest Harris Interactive Top 25 Poll (PDF) has a new No. 1 and it's the Oregon Ducks, who improved to 10-0 following a 59-17 victory over the California Golden Bears on Saturday. Oregon received 90 first-place votes while No. 2 Kansas State garnered 23 and No. 3 Notre Dame had one. Alabama, the previous No. 1, dropped to No. 4 and received one first-place vote following its 29-24 loss to Texas A&M. The Aggies moved up five spots to No. 10.

The Boise State Broncos improved to 8-2 after its 49-14 victory over Hawaii on Saturday and remained at No. 23 in the poll.

The Harris Poll is one of the polls used to determine the BCS standings. The Coaches Poll is the other one, where Oregon, Kansas State and Notre Dame came in one through three, as well.

The computers are likely to jump Oregon State over Kansas State at some point in the coming weeks, but don't expect it to occur this week. Kansas State should be No. 1 in the BCS rankings, followed by Oregon and Notre Dame. Either way, Kansas State against Oregon appears to be the title game right now.
