The Boise St. Broncos continue their slow climb up the AP Poll, moving up a spot in Week 9 to No. 21. Boise took care of business in Week 8 against an overmatched UNLV team, blowing out the Rebels, 32-7. Cincinnati's loss to Toledo knocked them from the rankings, opening up the spot for Boise.
With three games left on the schedule against teams who have yet to win in the MWC, the Broncos have a golden opportunity to run the table and move into the top 15 by the end of the season. It would be a steady climb, however, with no big shot to impress AP voters in the month of November. The game against San Diego State and the season finale against Nevada are BSU's toughest remaining games.
The top of the poll is unchanged this week, with Alabama the resounding No. 1, followed by Oregon and Florida. Here's this week's entire AP Top 25 poll:
