College Football season is right around the corner, which means that it's time to start projecting the bowls at the end of the season. Plenty of schools from the Rocky Mountain region are projected to make it to one of the 35 bowls that will be played from the end of 2012 into January of 2013.

SB Nation's Bowl Projections don't have any BCS placings by the big schools in the region. Boise State is projected going to the Maaco Bowl in Las Vegas to face off against Stanford. Meanwhile, BYU is projected to make the Poinsettia Bowl and face off against San Diego State while Utah is projected to go to the Alamo Bowl and meet TCU.

The Rocky Mountains will only host one bowl, the Famous Potatoes Bowl in Boise, Idaho. The Utah State Aggies are projected to take on Northern Illinois in the Potato bowl.
