The Fresno State Bulldogs more than handled business against the Air Force Falcons, blowing out the Mountain West Conference opponent, 48-15.

Within the first 11 minutes of the game, Bulldogs quarterback Derek Carr led the team to a quick 21-0 lead that proved to be more than enough for Fresno State to hold through the remainder of the game. Carr finished the game with 28 of 32 passes completed for 452 yards and four passing touchdowns.

The aerial attack proved very effective against the Falcons, while the rushing attack of Air Force struggled. Although it accumulated 254 yards against the Fresno State defense, the team averaged less than four yards per rush against the Bulldogs and the Falcons were unable to get a rushing touchdown until less than three minutes remained in the game.

Despite the loss, the Falcons finish the season as a bowl-eligible team with a 6-6 overall record and fourth in the Mountain West Conference.
