The Week 1 USA Today Coaches poll came out and the Oklahoma Sooners remain the No. 1 team in the nation. They defeated the Tulsa Golden Hurricane in a blowout, 47-14. The Alabam Crimson Tide remained at No. 2, as well. But after that, we start to see slight changes.

The LSU Tigers jumped up one spot to No. 3 following their victory over the previous No. 3, the Oregon Ducks. Last season's BCS runner up is now the No. 14 team in the Coaches poll. The Boise St. Broncos, new to the Mountain West, moved up two spots following their victory over the Georgia Bulldogs on Saturday. The Bulldogs fell down to No. 30 this week.

The TCU Horned Frogs went down, 50-48, to the Baylor Bears on Friday and fell from No. 14 to No. 25. The Air Force Falcons actually dropped to just 10 votes in the poll, but they can jump farther up the polls should they beat TCU this coming week.

Arizona State and West Virginia are the only new entrants this week. Georgia and Notre Dame were the teams that fell out of the top 25.
