Air Force Vs. Tennessee State: Predictions, Odds

This matchup is a good opportunity for the Air Force Falcons to get back on track and easily defeat Tennessee State. This game should not be close at all as the Falcon run-option offense led by quarterback Tim Jefferson and running back Asher Clark should put up big numbers and win by a lot.

Typically games between FCS and FBS do not have a line or spread, but this on does. Over at OddShark.com they feel the same way we do in that Air Force should run away with this game. They have Air Force at a 40.5 favorite, yet the over/under is at 59.5.

Now onto some predictions, yes everyone picks Air Force, but the interesting part is picking the final  score.

Mitch Light, Athlon Sports:

Here's the good news for Tennessee State: The Tigers held Murray State to 77 yards rushing last week. The bad news: Murray State thew for 630 yards en route to a 58-27 win.

Air Force 51, Tennessee State 14

Mike Huguenin, Rivals:

Last week, Tennessee State gave up 630 passing yards to Murray State. This week, Air Force's rushing attack should put up huge numbers.

Air Force 59, Tennessee State 14

Scout.com:

It'll take about two drives to put this away. Jefferson will get everything going both through the air and on the ground, and TSU, despite coming up with a few scores to make the score look a wee bit better, won't have any answers to slow down the machine.

Air Force 66, Tennessee State 17

As for my prediction I will go a little more conservative with Air Force winning 41-17.
