2011 Military Bowl Score Update: Toledo, Air Force Trade Scores, Game Tied At 35 After Three Quarters

There weren't quite as many points in the third quarter as Toledo and Air Force traded single touchdowns, and the game is now tied at 35 after three quarters. Toledo's offense was unable to get on the scoreboard in the third quarter, but the Rockets' defense came through with a big play to keep things going.

After about five scoreless minutes early in the third quarter, Toledo's Jermaine Robinson intercepted Air Force quarterback Tim Jefferson's pass and returned it 37 yards for a touchdown. That score put Toledo up 35-28, but the Falcons managed to respond on the following drive with a touchdown of their own. Going 50 yards on seven plays, Air Force got its fourth rushing touchdown of the day to tie the game back up.

Neither offense was churning the way they were before, but it's still a highly competitive game. The fourth quarter started recently as the two teams continue the 2011 Military Bowl.
