Falcons junior linebacker Alex Means has had a pretty good season on the field; he is third on the team with 71 tackles and leads the team in tackles for loss and sacks. But he's also emerged as a leader on this team, and that's something that coach Troy Calhoun appreciates:
"Truly, as a junior, it's good to see players emerge as leaders. Maybe at an academy, when you're not a senior, you're a tad reluctant. He's not reluctant. I like to see a player with that strong a personality to be able to assert it in a way that helps the team.
Means will have to keep his defense sharp against a tough Toledo offense.
