2011 Military Bowl Odds: Toledo Currently 3-Point Favorites Over Air Force

The Toledo Rockets are going through a coaching change during the buildup to the Military Bowl, and their at-times suspect defense will have to contend with an Air Force triple option offense with which it has little familiarity, but the Rockets nonetheless are three-point favorites to win the game, according to OddsShark. Vegas also expects a high scoring affair, and with an over/under set at 70 points, the Military Bowl is one of just four bowl games with an O/U set at 70 or higher.

Toledo's offense averaged 493.2 total yards and 42.3 points per game this season, while the Falcons averaged 458.8 total yards and 34.4 points per contest. If this bowl game plays out the way Vegas sports books think it will, it should prove to be one of the most entertaining matchups of the postseason.
