2011 Bowl Projections: Boise State Lined Up For Either MAACO Or Poinsettia Bowl

The Boise St. Broncos, barring a miracle, won't make a BCS game this season, but they are already in the discussion for other lesser bowls. Late on Sunday night, news broke that the Broncos are a favorite to go to the MAACO Bowl in Las Vegas.

If the MAACO Bowl winds up opting for the TCU Horned Frogs, it would appear that the Poinsettia Bowl would take the Broncos (and take TCU if the Broncos do go to the MAACO Bowl), reports the Idaho Statesman. The La. Tech Bulldogs will be the opponent for either team, as long as they win this weekend.

Of course, the Wyoming Cowboys could be in the mix if they upset the Broncos this Saturday.
