While the Boise St. Broncos have a narrow chance at making a BCS bowl game, it is more than likely that the team will need to settle for one of the early games during the bowl season. Over at SBNation.com, Jason Kirk predicts the Broncos will play in the Poinsettia Bowl against the La. Tech Bulldogs on Dec. 21.
Late on Sunday evening, though, Chadd Cripe of the Idaho Statesman reported that the MAACO Bowl in Las Vegas would want the Broncos back for the game. Because the Broncos have played there in previous years, they would be favored for the offer over Mountain West champion TCU.
Bowl selections are announced on Dec. 4 (though several are already trickling out early).
